We run a recurring weekly calendar. Appointments are scheduled based on the window provided when you sign on. Visit reminders sent 3 days before each scheduled service.
Cleanings are scheduled on even-week intervals — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks depending on your plan.

We keep billing simple and transparent. Invoices are sent via email and due within 30 days of service. We partner with Pay Wholesail — an intuitive billing portal where you can view all invoices, make payments, and set up autopay in one place.
Pay Wholesail accepts ACH payments at no fee, or credit card with a 2.75% processing fee. If you prefer an alternative payment arrangement, reach out to office@perfectpourservices.com to discuss your options.
Recurring line cleaning starts at $80 per visit depending on system size and service frequency. Contact us for a custom quote.
