Line Cleaning

  • We provide line cleaning for beer, wine, cider, cocktails, coffee and more.
  • Recurring cleaning service is recommended and we provide this service on a 2 week or 4 week basis.
  • Our cleaning techs completely disassemble and clean your entire draft system from faucet to keg coupler, every time.
  • PPS utilizes high quality cleaners along with pumps which circulate cleaning solution through your lines for the most effective line cleaning possible. 
  • We also offer an acid cleaning every three months at your request.

Installations & Repairs

  • With our highly knowledgeable and trained team of installation techs we can create custom or standard system installs whenever and wherever you need them. 
  • PPS works with only the highest quality parts and system components. Stainless steel faucets, shanks and couplers will last a lifetime. 
  • We don’t mark up prices on any of your parts now or ever. Feel confident that you are seeing the best wholesale price parts available. 
  • PPS has an extensive parts warehouse so when that regulator breaks on a Friday night rest assured that you will be back to pouring in no time.
  • PPS is available for emergency weekend or late night service as well

Technician Team

  • With close to 20 highly trained cleaning and installation technicians there is always someone ready to do the job for you.
  • When you sign on for our recurring cleaning service we will assign a tech to your account. This helps foster positive relationships with your service provider along with continued knowledge of your system and its needs. However, a reserve team of techs is available when sick days or vacations are taken by your tech.
  • Day shift techs hours range from 6am-3pm
  • Night crew techs hours range from 9pm-6am
  • Afternoon hours are generally not scheduled

Scheduling

  • We have a WEEKLY cleaning & service CALENDAR that is set the Thursday beforehand.
  • Your appointments will fall within the CLEANING PREFERENCE WINDOW you provide via our client form and are likely to shift from appt. to appt. but you can always be confident as to the week we will be seeing you. 
  • Our RESCHEDULING POLICY asks that you inform us of a need to skip or push out a future appt. prior to our weekly calendar being finalized. 
  • If unable to provide that info at least a week in advance of an upcoming appt. you can respond via the APPOINTMENT REMINDERS we send out 3 days in advance of service.
  • Cancellations or changes to service made by replying to these appointment reminders may be subject to a fee up to the full cost of service
  • Shifts to appts. that remain on the current week will not be charged and we will do our best to accommodate. 
  • NO SHOW’S or Refusals of Service once a tech is on site may be charged our sliding scale no show fee.
  • Please fill out our existing client info sheet anytime your contacts or cleaning needs change. It is the easiest way to keep us up to date with everything regarding your cleaning scheduling needs!

Billing & Payments

  • Invoices are sent via email and are due within 30 days of service. Late fees can apply to invoices over 60 days old.
  • We partner with Pay Wholesail who provides a streamlined payment system that is easy to use while also comprehensive. Pay Wholesail makes it very easy and intuitive to see all your invoices, payments and more in one easy portal.
  • Pay Wholesail accepts payment via ACH (no fee) or Credit Card (2.75% fee) with options to set up auto pay.
  • While we prefer all payments to be made online via Wholesail we can accommodate other methods if need be. Reach out to office@perfectpourservices.com to discuss.
